-edit @ 1.10am!-

its was a success in the taste! both cheese + harden base! =D
just that the layer of cheese wasn't thick enough like those pictures =X
but the cheese was a little sour therefore the ratio of it to biscuit was just nice! ^^
like 1:1 ratio hoho~
probably going to edit the recipe till i can make it into a thick cheese layer + small base layer!

(1) layer the tray with aluminum foil! so that you can put it out after all is done.


tried this brand and it works greatly with biscuit (:

lemon juice + the meat of it


cubed cream cheese + nestle cream


it became more smooth after adding it other ingredients!

he fill in the base himself! (but i pour the top layer.. and make a "J"..noticeable??)



end product! haha but this ratio is good enough! depends on the sourness of your lemon cheese!



really big portion.. maybe bringing to school let my frens taste it? hahaha
but surely darling MUST eat it!!!!!!!!! hehehehe

too excited for lemon cheese cake recipe and therefore i bought the ingredients at around 6.30pm! then eat my dinner and start doing it at 8pm.. and finished it at 10.10pm hahah!
always find myself in a great mess of using many bowls for stir, mix bla bla. =.=''

didi enjoy himself at chopping the biscuit into crumbs! hahaha
he is my helper for this recipe =x

and because the biscuit still left with a lot after i filled my base in a tray, i let him fill another small bowl.. hahah he enjoyed it so much XD

and after the mixing of the batter, still have a lot left over after i pour it into my tray, i pour into his small bowl!! and make a "J" letter on it hehe ;D

the amount is quite a lot too... hope it taste well! probably 12.10am then i can taste it! hahah had to fridge it for 2 to 3 hours! (:

will post the pictures soon.. too lazy for now..

anyway~ did i mention that oven IS NOT needed for this receipe? xDDD

probably going to bake butter cake tml too. my baking mode is so turned on!!!
last time it was a success at patricia house.. now my turn! but different butter was use now.. hope still okay :S i bought cowhead brand for both butter and milk! (since she say those from australia/new zealand is better than the other brands...)
