doesnt really wanna spent that S$3.50 one.. wanna join spree cause MOST of ELF items are at USD1 ONLY. the most S$2.50 and below de

but nvm. wanna try out those eyeliner first.. hehe and until i am pro at drawing the eye liner i will buy better brands! any brand to intro to me? ;)
