crap. i cant believe i was attached to this company.
under this "SUPER F GOOD" supervisor.
they win lor. came out and check on us when we are RESTING. and say WE ARE NOT doing our job. you all win lor
didnt finish the 59 calls within that few hours because their "SUPER F GOOD" database is all in CAPS and want to us to CHANGE. and still say us WHY CANT FINISH.
other agents are also doing that. WIN LOR.
F. really wish to change company. should i email my LO?!
