let me just briefly tell you about the osim uRobic.

well i have definitely tried it since i already bought it. haha
if you really want to see the effect, just do it EVERYDAY. dont get lazy ya.. haha

see! they free me a uZAP mini!!! FREE.
they will also give you a additional length for the uZap mini, so in total you will get like 30 inch long. you can zap your waist le! =D

and uRobic also COMES together with a wrist weigh. for both ur hand..
so yea.. it also VERY good to wear it while exercising on uRobic (:

and i tried to use the wrist weigh to do exercise too! (without sitting on uRobic)
it very great and worth while =D and i put it on my ankle too hehe.. leg exercise!

tutorial VCD is also given together with uRobic. (:
they teaches us different styles or steps from Basic exercise to Advance exercise.
