had signed up the iBanking thing! from DBS
and for the first attempt i didn't know the PIN was send separately in letter
then i keep on typing the PIN i thought of.
in the end.
LOCKED!

lol. then i called the DBS hotline..
alot of rubbish while i called.

finally, i Customer service officer answered
wth, his ang moh SOOOO slang, i think his accent also.
anyway, i really had difficulties catching what he trying to say
i think i said 'again?' for four to five times!
lol and i can hear that he quite pissed off =xx
